Hello Loving Without Boundaries Community!

I have to tell you about Diana.
Because honestly? Her story might be one of my favorites. Not just because of how beautifully she transformed — though wow, she did. But because of WHO she is. Funny, warm, wicked smart, deeply self-aware, and the kind of human being who shows up fully for the people she loves. Including, eventually, herself.
Diana came to me referred by her partner, who had read my book Jealousy Survival Guide and quietly slipped it into her world.
But let me back up. Because when Diana first filled out her intake form before we even spoke, she was in a genuinely painful place.
The Crossroads
Diana and her partner were both polyamorous — at least in identity. But in practice? They were operating from completely different playbooks. And the gap between those playbooks was quietly eroding everything.
They were operating with different understandings of what transparency looked like in practice — and transparency, as Diana put it so clearly, is “the bedrock of polyamory” for her. When things were shared, the timing or the nature of what was revealed sometimes sent her into an emotional spiral. And then came the impossible double bind: when she reacted, he felt punished for being honest. Which made him less likely to share. Which made her feel less safe. Which made her react more strongly when he did share.
Round and round they went.
At the same time, Diana found herself grappling with a deeper internal experience — a growing fear of loss. Specifically, the possibility that the relationship could shift in a way where he might move toward a more exclusive dynamic with someone else, and that she could lose him as a result.
That fear lived in her body.
It made it difficult to settle. She couldn’t find her footing. The constant uncertainty was exhausting her.
She wrote in her intake form: “I want my relationship to work, but not at the expense of feeling safe.”
That one sentence. I felt it in my bones when I read it.
And yet — here’s what I noticed about Diana even before we spoke. She wasn’t blaming her partner entirely. She was genuinely asking herself hard questions. Am I truly poly? Is this actually working for me? What do I actually need? That kind of self-honesty? That’s rare. And it told me everything I needed to know about what was possible for her.
What She’d Already Tried
Diana is not someone who sits around waiting for things to fix themselves. She had been doing the reading. She had been trying to communicate. She knew the language of polyamory intellectually.
But she described her attempts as “mostly lots of ineffective communication and reading of books.”
Sound familiar? That’s the gap I see every single day — between knowing the concepts and actually having the embodied skills to use them when you’re triggered at 2am and your nervous system is screaming. Books give you information. This work gives you transformation. And there is a world of difference between the two.
The Decision
When Diana booked her Breakthrough Session, she told me she was trying to decide whether to let her relationship go or fight for it.
She thought she was coming to save her relationship.
What she was really there to do was learn herself.
(Her words. Not mine.)
She showed up for that call exactly as she described herself on her intake form — on a scale of one to her favorite superhero, she rated herself a 4.8. Out of 10 or Superhero, dealer’s choice. 😄
Confident but humble. Self-aware with a side of humor. Ready to work.
And work she did.
The Transformation
Here’s what Diana discovered — and what I want YOU to really hear, especially if you’re thinking this program is only for people in the thick of polyamory drama or jealousy meltdowns:
What she found in the JSG program was something far more universal.
In her own words:
“The tools I learned fundamentally changed how I relate to myself during emotionally hard times. I learned how to interrupt unhelpful mental spirals, check the accuracy of my internal narratives, regulate my nervous system, communicate more clearly, and seek support in healthier ways.”
That’s not vague. That’s not “I feel so much better!” That’s specific, hard-won, embodied skill. The kind that doesn’t disappear when the next hard moment arrives — because you’ve actually built something inside yourself that can handle it.
And here’s what got me:
“These skills now show up for me not just in relationships, but in my professional life, decision making, and everyday moments when things feel challenging.”
THIS is what I mean when I say this work changes everything. Not just your romantic relationships. Not just your poly dynamics. Everything. Because YOU are in everything.
Diana continued:
“What stands out most is that this program doesn’t push a single model for how people ‘should’ love or live. Instead, it builds self-trust, emotional responsibility, and resilience — skills that apply regardless of relationship style, life stage, or circumstances.”
I want to frame that and put it on my wall honestly. Because that IS the work. That is exactly what we are doing together. Not telling anyone how to love. Building the inner foundation so they can love — and live — on their own terms.
Where Diana Is Now
Diana left me a five-star review on Trustpilot not long after completing the program — right around the time I had the chance to meet her in person, which felt like its own kind of full-circle moment. ✨
She wrote:
“This work has forever changed me, and as a bonus, my relationship with both myself and my partner are flourishing. If you’re looking for coaching that creates lasting, practical change — not just insight in the moment — this program delivers.”
“…as a bonus.” 😄
Only Diana would describe a flourishing relationship with herself AND her partner as a bonus. That’s the 4.8-out-of-superhero energy right there.
And she’s not just a graduate of this program. She’s become a genuine friend — someone I’ve had the pleasure of spending time with in person alongside my husband, and someone I’m looking forward to seeing again very soon. That kind of connection doesn’t happen when the work is surface level. It happens when two people go deep together and something real gets built.
Could This Be Your Story Too?
Here’s what I want you to sit with for a moment.
Maybe you’re at your own crossroads right now. Maybe you’re trying to decide whether to fight for something or let it go. Maybe you’re exhausted from the emotional roller coaster. Maybe you’ve read all the books and you still feel stuck.
Maybe — like Diana — you think you’re showing up to save your relationship.
But what if what’s actually waiting for you is something even bigger than that?
What if you’re really showing up to finally, truly learn yourself?
That’s what this work does. Not for everyone — it takes courage, commitment, and a genuine willingness to look at the hard stuff honestly. But for the person who’s ready?
It changes everything.
If that person is you — I’d love to find out. Book a complimentary Breakthrough Session with me and let’s have an honest conversation about where you are, where you want to be, and what it might look like to get there.

The call is completely free. And you just might look back on today as the day everything started to shift. 💛
With love and gratitude, Kitty
P.S. Diana came in rating herself 4.8 out of superhero. By the time she left? I’d give her a solid 10. But more importantly — she finally would too. That’s the whole point. 💛
