Hello there, Loving Without Boundaries community! I am super stoked to share my latest podcast interview with the amazing Chaneé Jackson Kendall whom I know cyberly through the Black and Poly Facebook group. I think very fondly of Chaneé as well as the other admins of the Black and Poly Facebook group because they have welcomed me (a white person) into their group. As part of my mission of Loving Without Boundaries, I do my best to get many varied and diverse voices both on the podcast, as members of my own community, focusing on our shared humanity and experiences as a marginalized group. Realizing that Chaneé is one of the folks who has very graciously supported my work, I am humbled and so very grateful to have the opportunity to support her work with Black Poly Pride and her other endeavors. One of the things that brings me joy in my own life is co-collaborating with other awesome humans helping create change in the world, normalizing our fundamental human right to love how and who we want to love, building families in a way that works for each of us. Here is Chaneé’s full bio:

Chaneè Jackson Kendall is a black polyamorous vlogger, activist, and event planner. A 32 year old native Atlantan, she lives in a western suburb of Atlanta with her polycule and their adorable son. She surrounds herself with a cloud of lovers, romantic and platonic, who proudly “do life” with her.

She has openly identified as non-monogamous for the past decade, and polyamorous for the past 7 years. She discovered the online polyamorous community in 2012 and has been an active, and often outspoken member ever since. As the owner of several small businesses, she brings an entrepreneurial spirit to everything she does. She is passionate about normalizing polyamory as a relationship choice. As an admin of “Black & Poly” and “Young, Black & Poly”, she volunteers a lot of her time to polyamorous education, outreach, and activism.

Together with co-founder Cheri “Calico” Roman, she is planning the inaugural Black Poly Pride; a celebration of the Black polyamorous lovestyle which will take place in Dallas, Texas July 11-14.
