I am beyond excited to share my latest podcast interview that I released with Michael “Mango Mike” Garofalo. Wow, this awesome dude and I have known each other for over eight years now! My, how time flies. Incredible! We met – oh so many moons ago – at a completely transformational self-development retreat back in April of 2015, in Salt Lake City (SLC), Utah. We both fell in love… well, not with each other exactly… actually, kinda yeah 🙂 … because polyamory certainly allows for deep interpersonal connection, even when not physical. Yet what I mean is we found lifelong friendships there – with other attendees and each other. And we both fell in love with the beautiful majesty, gorgeous landscapes, and chill vibes of the local SLC area. For Mango, it inspired him to uproot, move out west, learn how to lean into “van-life” for many years, while he inspired and charmed all of those who are fortunate enough to get to know him. Actually, it’s true: I do love Mango. Big Time. <3 So much so that I have interviewed him multiple times for the podcast: Episode 61, as well as Episodes 83 and 84, alongside fellow Utah Retreat attendee and snowboarding enthusiast, Bryce. I could go on and on about how awesome Mango is, yet at this point, I think you would be wise to simply listen to the episode, and hear it for yourself. Oh Mango, how I love thee, 🙂 … let me count the ways. Hey – it is time for you to come visit us here at Fort Kickass! We await your arrival, alongside your bright smile, and the light and laughter that we are blessed to have you bestow on us! The world is a much MUCH better place with you in it, my dear friend! Mango Mike realized life is short, and decided to move 3,000 miles across the country to chase adventure. Since then, he’s lived in a van for 5 years, quit a very established career as an electrician, and is now living his dream – surfing, diving, and fishing during the summer, while snowboarding deep powder during the winters.
