Cheers Sexy People!
I am very excited to share our latest podcast interview with a super cool dude that happens to live in my neck of the woods in Northern Virginia, Pour Votreplaisir. I first met Pour this past August at my first attendance to the Woodhull Sexual Freedom Summit. I crossed paths with a ton of amazing people at this event, and I plan to go again next year. Pour Votreplaisir has apparently been providing classes at this event and others over the years, and yay for that! We need as many teachers generous with their time and talents as possible! I applaud Pour’s work in this regard, as well as all educators fighting the good fight helping others realize that we have choices in how we live and love. Pour also specializes in how sexual minorities can affect legislation in their favor. We discuss this topic in the podcast. Check it out!
Here is Pour Votreplaisir’s Bio:
Pour Votreplaisir is an educator, erotica author, jester, & joyous pansexual polyamorist, reveling in all life’s wonder. Pseudonymous for now; coming out as life allows. In a polyamorous relationship for nearly three decades, Pour is one of the moderators of the “Polyamory Discussion” group on Facebook, with over 29,000 members. He’s a sought-after speaker on polyamory, and a regular feature at the Woodhull Sexual Freedom Summit, where he presents on legislative aspects of non-mainstream lifestyles. He is also active in the kink community, but mostly because it just gives another audience for his many bad puns.
Maybe you’ve seen him present at a sexuality conference, or exchanged notes on the Facebook polyamory group he co-moderates. Perhaps you’ve seen him on FetLife, where he’s known as Pleasurer, or on his Twitter feed, @PSVWriter. Or maybe you ran into him at the grocery store, hiding from kale. Wherever it was, you’d have witnessed his joy in life and open-minded, philosophical approach to love and relationships.
Thank you Pour, for being so generous with your time, for explaining your poly journey, and for sharing your thoughts, wisdom and insights with us via the podcast interview! It was informational, inspirational, and entertaining! Follow Pour Votreplaisir’s work at pourvotreplaisir.net, on Twitter @PSVWriter or on Facebook @PolyamoryDiscussionGroup.
