Cheers Sexy People!
Hello, Loving Without Boundaries (LWB) community! As always, I am sending good energy and vibes of hope and love to our amazing community. I believe that sharing inspirational stories of hope, inclusion, and healthy lifestyles are more important than ever. If you are looking for ways to connect with loved ones you may be separated from, check out this blog post for resources and ideas. On to another inspiring story…
I am delighted to share my latest podcast interview with Jace Ryden, an out and proud transgender male, who is also a member of the poly, kink, and queer communities. As an ambitious and prolific trans advocate, Jace is also the co-author of several workshop presentations, including “How to be a Trans Ally”, which is exactly how I came to know Jace. Back in April of 2023, I attended Southwest Love Fest in Tucson, Arizona (Jace’s chosen home state) accompanied by a friend and client of mine. We had such a wonderful time meeting colleagues, new friends, communities that we felt aligned with, and soaking up all of the knowledge presented. I was blown away by the candor, courage, and in-your-face in the best of ways presentation style that Jace illustrated in his “How to be a Trans Ally” presentation. I had not seen one of its kind before, and am a huge fan of this advocacy work to help normalize the conversation about transgender folk, and how to be respectful and empathetic towards our fellow amazing human beings – of which my niece is one of.
Jace, I applaud you and your work, and am happy to sing your praises about your workshops and all of your advocacy efforts. I have no doubt you are a stellar and entertaining emcee as well. Your wit, charm, and intellect are off the charts. Please come back on our podcast anytime to spread your good work.
Here is his Bio:
Jace C. Ryden is a queer, kinky, pansexual, poly, trans man, who has made Arizona his home for over twenty years. He prides himself on being an outspoken advocate for transgender and civil rights and, as an “out” transgender man, has made it a point to use his powers for good, as it were, and has spoken publicly about his transition and his experiences as a member of the trans, poly, and kink communities.
He’s the co-creator of “How to be a Trans Ally” and “From Allies to Accomplices: L.E.A.P.ing into Action”, which have been presented at numerous conferences and teaching opportunities since 2019. Jace is also an award-winning entertainer, emcee, and producer, and is the co-host of Arizona’s longest-running drag livestream, “Let’s Have a Fefe”, which just wrapped up it’s 11th season.
