I am excited to share the latest podcast interview with you that is in a completely new format to help offer a review of an event I was honored to partake in recently. As you may know from earlier blog posts, my partners and I enjoyed attending an all-day event that Effy Blue and Sara D. put together on Saturday, September 16th, 2017 at House of Yes in Brooklyn, NY called “Consider This: A Day of Challenging the Status Quo in Sex and Relationships. I wrote all about this spectacular and information-filled event here in this blog post. In this podcast interview, Episode 67, we took Loving Without Boundaries on the road! I began by interviewing both of my partners at the event just six minutes before the doors were set to open. They excitedly tell on the podcast what they hoped to learn at the event, what brought them there, and share their enthusiasm with me. Later we follow up back at home on what some of their biggest takeaways from the event were, and some of the moments that they wanted to highlight with some hilarity!
Later in the podcast episode, I also have the honor to have follow up interviews with two of the VIPs of the event itself. First we talk to Tikva Wolf, creator of KimchiCuddles polyamory comic who was a co-panelist with me on stage (alongside Effy Blue, Dr. Elisabeth Sheff, and Atrina Brill). We discuss some of her favorite moments, what it felt like to take the stage, how she experiences events such as this, and much more! Then we turn our attention to Sara Dahan who helped put this amazing event together alongside Effy Blue. Sara excitedly shares with us some of the challenges as well as triumphs of creating such an event, her thoughts on the outcome, and much more!
