Cheers Sexy People!
I am incredibly honored to share our latest podcast interview with an amazing sex educator, coach and assault survivor that I have come to respect. We met at the Sexual Freedom Summit this past August that I wrote about here where I attended her trauma workshop – which was FANTASTIC! I honor her bravery in being quite vocal about the fact that she is a sexual assault survivor multiple times over. She has taken the pain from that experience and created an amazing mission to help others heal, recover and thrive after their own brushes with trauma. In this interview, she not only talks about her personal journey professionally, but she also dives into how she came to identify as polyamorous, and what that looks like for her today. I admire her strength in sharing some vulnerable moments regarding her relationships and how she deals with her own occasional insecurities. We also discuss in depth some tenets and helpful self-care ideas in regards to trauma.
Ashley! You freaking ROCK! I’m SO happy that our paths crossed, and I am incredibly grateful that there are people like you out there in the world creating a safer and sane environment for all of us. We need more people like you! Thanks for being one of the “good gals.”
