Cheers Sexy People!
Hello, Loving Without Boundaries (LWB) community! My heart goes out to you during these challenging times. I hope you are doing your best to keep safe. Sharing inspirational stories of hope, inclusion, and healthy lifestyles are more important than ever. If you are looking for ways to connect loved ones you are separated from, check out this blog post that I shared recently. On to another inspiring story…
I am so happy to share my latest podcast interview that I released recently with my new friend and colleague, Sumati Sparks. I had the good fortune of meeting Sumati at Poly Living Philadelphia earlier this year. Wow, who knew what an epic live event that would turn out to be! Apparently, that would be the last time I would see many of my friends and colleagues in the polyamorous community and circuit for quite some time. Sumati and I only connected briefly at the conference, but we stayed in touch as I am always looking for fresh talent and expertise to add to my podcast interviewee repertoire! Sumati! Thank you so much for this excellent interview, and for paying it forward with your hard-earned wisdom and vast knowledge on how to be in healthy open relationships. You rock!
Here is Sumati Sparks’ bio:
Sumati Sparks is a relationship coach specializing in helping mature people navigate the challenges of ethical non-monogamy. She is also a jealousy transformation expert. With over 30 years of spiritual practices and over 20 years of practicing polyamory and studying relationship and sexuality, Sumati blends a wealth of knowledge and experience with a deep awareness of our connection to the universe.
Some topics we discuss in this fun, informative, and entertaining interview:
- How Sumati came to relationship coaching after listening to her body work clients in sexless marriages.
- Determining where one is on the open relationship spectrum as well as where they are on the jealousy spectrum.
- How Sumati learned to overcome secrecy and be honest in all of her relationships.
- The need to work on core wounds.
- Sumati’s own journey with insecurity and jealousy.
- The importance of Sumati’s spirituality and its impact on her polyamorous life.
- Dating during the pandemic.
- Tune in to listen to this fantastic podcast episode!
Thank you, Sumati, for being generous with your time, for being such a rock star paying it forward helping our CNM community with your mad skills, and for sharing your wisdom and insights with us via the podcast interview! It was enlightening, entertaining, and so fun! Follow Sumati’s work and adventures at her website at SumatiSparks.com and on Facebook @SumatiSparks.

OMG… this podcast is so relatable to me. I don’t want to throw away what I have but I want to have a fulfilling sex life with other people (lack of sex/intimacy in our marriage). My husband is really conservative so I’m having difficulty convincing him to allow me to seek passion outside our relationship. I feel like I could be happy with ENM.
