Cheers Sexy People!
Hello, Loving Without Boundaries (LWB) community! My heart goes out to you during these challenging times. I hope you are doing your best to keep safe. Sharing inspirational stories of hope, inclusion, and healthy lifestyles are more important than ever. If you are looking for ways to connect loved ones you are separated from, check out this blog post that I shared recently. On to another inspiring story…
I am delighted to share my latest podcast interview that I released with an amazing and lovely human being I am so proud to know, Britta Moe, one of my coaching clients. When she came to me, Britta was really struggling and knew she needed help. She realized that she kept finding herself in toxic and abusive relationships, and she wanted to break this pattern as she embarked on open relationships. Her overwhelming feelings of jealousy, insecurity and feeling “needy” kept her feeling stuck and alone. Britta desired feeling self-reliant and getting the tools she needed to succeed.
Once inside my coaching program: “Jealousy Survival Guide: Creating Healthy, Happy Open Relationships” (JSG), she had this to say:
“I have learned lifelong tools to continue to improve my relationships. My life has gotten exponentially better since starting this program. Kitty is so encouraging, kind, and genuine! I wholeheartedly recommend this program.”
Britta reveals how she:
— Learned and now practices ninja communication techniques to take her relationships to new heights!
— Discovered that defining empowering beliefs and understanding and working through her boundaries can change everything.
— Realized she is not at all alone on this journey, and can manifest her best life alongside other brave, inspiring people on a similar journey.
… Plus exactly what she learned in JSG that has her excited to share her experience with this awesome community!
Here is Britta’s Bio:
Britta Moe is a designer at CREO and project manager for CREO-X. She has lived all over the world, including Los Angeles, New York, Italy, and South America, but is always drawn back to her hometown of San Antonio. She has a Bachelor Degree in Business with a minor in Art from the University of Incarnate Word, as well, as a Master Degree in Architecture from the University of San Antonio.
Her diverse school background is complemented by her lifelong passion for dance. Britta began her dance training at the age of four and has since gone on to train throughout the country. She was also a professional dancer in the local companies San Antonio Jazz Ensemble and Texas Ballet Concerto (now Ballet San Antonio).
As a professional choreographer, Britta explored the possibility of merging the discipline of dance with architectural design for her thesis. Can choreography be projected to the creation of place? In an effort to develop a language of transcription for dance, she began a process of notating different pieces she had choreographed over the past ten years. From very imaginative drawings to more deliberate spatial compositions, the transcriptions matured into an increasingly refined style of drawing that clearly expressed the movement and feeling behind each dance. She is excited to see how this will continue to influence her designs in her professional career.
Britta began practicing architecture for at a local design-build firm, Aedificium. She was immediately drawn to the ability to witness her work being built and recognizes the invaluable benefits of being involved in the construction process. She is very happy to continue this work at CREO and CREO-X. She especially enjoys interacting with her colleagues on site and in the office.
In her free time, Britta enjoys going to see live music shows, spending time with family, traveling, and exploring the outdoors. On Wednesday nights you will find her teaching an adult ballet class at Hamsa Yoga School. She is also an avid art lover and continues to build her collection of regional artists.
Some topics we discuss in this fun, informative, and entertaining interview:
- Britta talks about how the toxicity in her previous relationships (emotionally and physically abusive) was truly devastating for her.
- She knew the dishonesty and toxic behavior – from both the partners she selected as well as herself – had to stop. But how?
- She shares how her time with Kitty helped her dive deep into her emotions and despite the fear, she had breakthroughs and amazing results. She is a total warrior!
- Wait until you hear her transformation!!!
