“Stratus, Kitty Chambliss, Leadership Award 2023”
Have you ever noticed how so many of us don’t give ourselves enough credit? We walk through life downplaying our “wins” and successes and say things like: “Oh, it was nothing” or “yeah, but YOU achieved XYZ, and that was so much bigger!”
Why do we do that? Is it shame, embarrassment, awkwardness, a lack of awareness at how we are making ourselves “small” sometimes for no apparent reason? Yet why are we NOT able to shift into the energy of self-love, honoring and acknowledging ourselves, patting ourselves on the pack for a job well-done – especially when we all work so very hard for our achievements on this earth?
As an aside, I believe if one is going to be a great coach, you need to have your own coach(es), and put your money where your mouth is. To that end, I have been training with a team of world-class, heart-centered expert coaches of almost six years now. At a recent live seminar that I was absolutely delighted to attend, I was able to bring both of my long-term partners (my husband of 20+ years, and my nesting partner of 8+ years). My masterful admin team was also in attendance. One of the speakers spoke of enhancing and underscoring your overarching mission, reputation, brand, and the courage it takes to “put yourself out there.” She spoke of playing on a bigger stage with a larger microphone, and that includes celebrating any awards that you achieve along the way in “doing the work that you can’t not do” – which is what our Loving Without Boundaries mission is to me.
So today, I’m finally sharing a photo and announcement of a leadership award that I was deeply honored to receive recently, that recognizes my coaching work! This came at an impactful conference of 150+ of the most heart-centered coaches who change the world and lives of their cherished clients every single day. I so deeply respect all of their collective work, and this recognition of my own endeavors here at Loving Without Boundaries. I’m blessed and so grateful. Thank you all for your inspiration!
As I share this, I recognize my own past timidness in shining a light on the impact my work is having on our growing community, as well as my peer community of other like-minded, heart-centered coaches and world changers on their own path of making the world a better place for all of us.

— Who are some people in your life that you trust to help celebrate you and your achievements, as well as you can reciprocate and celebrate them as well, creating a spiraling upward affect in your life, deepening your connection at the same time?
