Cheers Sexy People,
Super big, awesome thank you to SukieJones at Clean Cut, All American for nominating me for the Bad Girl Bloggers Award! I am humbled, thrilled, shocked, grateful and SUPER STOKED to say the least! What an honor that I do not take lightly. As SukieJones said on her own site, I too feel a kinship with fellow, female, sex-positive bloggers who are unafraid to break the rules and rattle some cages. Let’s go, girlz! Whoohoo!
This is actually the first blogging award that I have won, and it makes me swell with pride and just feel overall awesome. I started this blog over 1.5 years ago, when I was feeling broken, scared and unsure of myself as I tried to navigate these polyamorous waters without much guidance. I shared my troubles, angst, joy and mistakes along the way with all of you. It is and was a journey to say the least. The last thing on my mind was winning an award. But being nominated helps me feel that exposing myself, and putting in the effort to share all my musings and discoveries along the way is all more than worth it. Fantabulous, amazing people are reading this blog, and finding some sort of value in it, and I am just so excited!
I’m learning about this as I go, so here are the rules:
RULES: If you are a recipient, please choose 3-5 female bloggers who write about sex (or post sexy pics of themselves, or both) that you admire and award them by passing on the award photo above and the rules. Also, give a brief explanation of why you love those bloggers so much. Be sure to notify your favorite bloggers that they got the award!
This was a difficult decision that I have been pondering, but here are my three nominations to share in the Bad Girl Blogger love train!
LouisaLeontiades
Louisa, who just gave us the gift of our latest poly interview here at my blog, is a wonderful, super smart, beautiful person writing about open relationships, being an empowered woman, and navigating the sometimes treacherous waters of life in stride. Totally worth checking out her blog, as well as her upcoming books!
SeattlePolyChick
I’ve been following this blog since I very first started blogging. SeattlePolyChick has already won oodles of awards but how about one more! Her writing makes me feel like I’m speaking with a very close, hilarious friend whose telling me all her secrets. Beautifully written and very engaging.
SoloPoly.net
This is another blog that I have been following for quite awhile. It has given me much insight, guidance and inspiration, and helps me get into the mind of a person who chooses to be their own primary. This blog is just chockful of awesome, well-written information. You go, girl! My hat is off to you!
Let’s keep this party going! Share love, give love, spread love and don’t forget to have a hell of a good time for as long as you can along the way! Today is the youngest you will ever be – Enjoy in good health! Happy holidays, everyone.
P.S. I’m waiting for my first ever, inspirational messaged, Loving Without Boundaries T-shirt to come in, to wrap as gifts for my polycule and wear (with nothing else hopefully) around the house. Thursday, December 11 is the last day you can order one to get it in time for Christmas if you are interested. Rock on, and be safe out there.
Wishing you peace, love and happiness,
(and thrilling, fun sex too!)
Kitty
