We are thrilled to announce that the International Coaching Federation (ICF) has approved the renewal of Kitty Chambliss’s prestigious Master Certified Coach (MCC) credential!
This renewal affirms Kitty’s continued standing among the most distinguished coaches globally. The MCC credential remains the highest level of achievement in coaching, representing mastery and senior coaching status. Among ICF members with certifications, only 4% hold the MCC credential, making this renewal a significant milestone in Kitty’s coaching journey.
Over her career, Kitty has accumulated well over 8,500 hours of coaching experience and maintains her extensive training credentials. This wealth of experience continues to enhance her ability to help clients achieve transformative results in their lives and relationships.
Here’s a fun fact: As far as we know, Kitty is the only MCC-certified coach in the world specifically dedicated to serving the ethical non-monogamy and open relationship community. (If there’s another MCC coach out there specializing in ENM, come forward – we’d love to have you on the podcast! 😉)
As an MCC, Kitty demonstrates exceptional mastery of the ICF Core Competencies and upholds the highest ethical standards in coaching. Her renewal process included rigorous assessment of her coaching abilities and confirmation of her outstanding competence in working with clients.
This renewed credential complements Kitty’s existing certifications, including her Certified Professional Coaching (CPC) certification, Energy Leadership Index Master Practitioner (ELI-MP) credential, and Trauma Informed Coach (TIC) certification. She continues to build upon her foundation in Brené Brown’s work through the Living Brave Semester coursework in Daring Greatly and Rising Strong.
Kitty shares that it is truly an honor and privilege for her to serve this amazing community at such a high level of coaching excellence. She continues to be inspired every day by her clients’ trust, openness, and dedication to growth.
